Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember information between visits, such as your preferences or consent choices.
2. The choice you're given
On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored so we don't ask again on the same device, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" button in the footer of every page, which clears your stored choice and reopens the banner. Clearing your browser storage has the same effect.
3. Essential storage
One item is required for the destination to function: the record of the choice you made in the cookie banner. Without it we would have to ask you on every page. It is kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, which means it stays on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ukcrh_consent | Local storage | Stores your cookie accept/reject choice, and the date you made it | 12 months, then you are asked again |
You can remove it at any time with the "Cookie Settings" button in our footer, or by clearing your browser storage.
4. Optional / analytics cookies
If you accept optional cookies, we may use anonymised analytics to understand which rooms and pages are visited, so we can improve the walkthroughs. These are only set after you actively accept them, and never before.
5. Advertising cookies (Microsoft Advertising)
We advertise this destination through Microsoft Advertising. If you accept optional cookies, Microsoft's advertising technology — including its Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag, where and when it is active on this destination — may set cookies on your device to measure ad performance and personalise advertising. These are only set after you actively accept optional cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| MUID | Microsoft advertising/analytics identifier, used to recognise repeat visits from ad clicks | Up to 13 months |
| _uetsid / _uetvid | Microsoft UET session and visitor identifiers, used to measure ad campaign performance (set only once UET is enabled on this destination) | Up to 16 months |
See the Microsoft Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab) for how Microsoft itself uses this data, and our Privacy Policy for more on the third-party sharing this involves. You can opt out of Microsoft's personalised advertising at any time via the Microsoft personalised ads opt-out (opens in a new tab).
6. Cookies set by third parties
If you follow a link to an operator or to a safer gambling organisation, that destination may set its own cookies once you arrive there, governed by their own cookie policy, not ours.
7. Affiliate link tracking
The "Visit Casino" buttons on this destination are affiliate links. Following one passes you through an affiliate tracking service, which may set its own cookie or use a click identifier so that a resulting sign-up can be attributed to us for commission. That tracking happens on the affiliate service's own domain and on the operator's site, not on this one, so it is not covered by the cookie tables above. Section 6 of our Privacy Policy explains what is collected, and our Linked Sites & Accessibility page explains how the links behave.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how this destination remembers your preferences, but it will not stop you from viewing any room.
