Affiliate Agreement
Last updated: 18 August 2026
In short
This destination is an affiliate of the operators it reviews. It links to them under a written affiliate agreement, is paid a commission when a visitor signs up, and is bound by that agreement to advertise those operators lawfully and responsibly. This page sets out what that agreement covers and what it requires of us.
1. Purpose of this page
This page is published so that visitors, advertising platforms and regulators can see the basis on which this destination promotes the operators it reviews. It sits alongside our Advertising Disclosure, which explains how we are funded, and our Linked Sites & Accessibility page, which explains how our outbound links behave.
2. Parties to the affiliate agreement
| Affiliate | BV Gaming Limited, trading as Casino Review Hub |
|---|---|
| Operator / licence holder | BV Gaming Limited |
| Brands covered | Betano, Parimatch |
| UK Gambling Commission account | 39576 — view the public register entry (opens in a new tab) |
A written affiliate agreement is in place between the parties above and governs every outbound operator link on this destination. A copy can be produced to an advertising platform, a regulator or the licence holder on request, via our Contact page or at compliance@casinoreviewhub.co.uk.
3. What the agreement covers
- Permission to advertise. It authorises us to promote the named brands, and to use their names, logos and marketing assets, within the limits the operator sets.
- Tracking and attribution. It provides the tracking links used on this destination, so that a sign-up following a click here can be attributed to us.
- Commission. It sets how we are paid — a commission on referred sign-ups. Commission is never paid by, or charged to, the visitor.
- Approved territory and audience. It limits our promotion to Great Britain, and to adults aged 18 and over.
- Compliance obligations. It requires us to advertise in line with the operator's licence conditions and the advertising codes set out in Section 4.
- Suspension and termination. It allows the operator to suspend or terminate our links, and to withhold commission, if we breach those obligations.
4. Compliance obligations we accept
The operator remains responsible to the Gambling Commission for the marketing carried out by its affiliates. Under the affiliate agreement we are required to, and do:
- market only operators licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission;
- comply with the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), including the social responsibility code on marketing carried out by third parties on an operator's behalf;
- comply with the CAP and BCAP advertising codes, the Advertising Standards Authority's rulings, and the Gambling Industry Code for Socially Responsible Advertising;
- display an 18+ notice, "T&Cs apply" and a safer gambling message wherever we present a sign-up link;
- never target, and never knowingly advertise to, anyone under 18, anyone who has self-excluded, or anyone identifiable as vulnerable to gambling harm;
- never present gambling as a solution to financial problems, a route to social success, or an alternative to employment;
- never publish misleading offer terms — which is why we point to the operator's own current terms rather than quoting bonus figures that change;
- keep our safer gambling signposting (GAMSTOP, BeGambleAware, Gamblers Anonymous, the National Gambling Helpline) present and working on every page;
- disclose the affiliate relationship clearly, as we do here, on our Disclosure page and in our footer;
- withdraw or correct any marketing promptly when the operator, a regulator or an advertising platform asks us to.
5. What we do not do
- We do not accept wagers, hold visitor funds, or operate any gambling facility. This destination is a publishing resource.
- We do not open, verify or manage accounts. Registration, age and identity verification all happen on the operator's own site.
- We do not receive your gambling account information, deposits or stakes from the operator — only aggregated commission reporting. See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell placement to unlicensed operators, and we do not link to any operator outside the licence account named above.
- We do not use unsolicited email, SMS or push messaging to promote the brands we cover.
6. Relationship to our editorial content
Because this destination is operated by BV Gaming Limited, the same company behind the brands reviewed here, our reviews are informed in-house editorial opinion rather than an independent comparison of competing operators. We say so plainly on our Disclosure page and in our footer, and we do not describe ourselves as independent anywhere on this destination. Commission is not paid on a per-score basis, and no score is sold.
7. Reporting a concern
If you believe any marketing on this destination breaches the commitments in Section 4 — or if you have seen a link, claim or offer here that looks wrong — tell us through our Contact page, choosing "Report a broken or non-compliant link", or email compliance@casinoreviewhub.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to remove or correct anything non-compliant as a priority. You can also report gambling advertising to the Advertising Standards Authority (opens in a new tab) or the Gambling Commission (opens in a new tab).
8. Changes
We review this page whenever the underlying affiliate agreement changes, and at least annually. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
